• Regional Parks Fee Schedule Update

The Department of Regional Parks is in the process of updating its Fee Schedule. The Department Fee Schedule establishes fees for park entry and facility use, and describes fee policies. The Fee Schedule is updated intermittently to: Adjust fees for inflation; ensure fees cover costs of services provided; standardize fees with similar facilities and services; and raise needed revenues to offset department maintenance and operations costs. Vehicle Day Use Fees are proposed to increase by $1; Vehicle with Trailer and Bus Day Use Fees are proposed to increase by $2; there are a variety of fee increases proposed for special events and picnicking; and there are no changes proposed to Annual Passes. A draft of the updated Fee Schedule can be found online. To make a comment on the proposed Fee Schedule, email parksinfo@saccounty.gov. Public comments will be accepted through April 8, 2026. For more information, review the staff letter
