How to Get There:
From U.S. 50, take the Howe Ave. off-ramp, heading north. Make a left on Fair Oaks Blvd., then a right on Carlson Drive. You will find Paradise Beach at the intersection of Carlson and Sandburg Drives, over the levee from Glen Hall Park.
Activities:
- The most popular activity at Paradise Beach is swimming, although that activity takes place at the swimmer’s own risk.
- Nearby Glenn Hall Park, a City of Sacramento park, offers supervised swimming at the public pool.
- In the off-season, fishing is popular at Paradise Beach.

- The park is open year-round from sunrise to sunset.
- Walk-in access, and no entry fees are collected.
